I have over 44 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to starting my consulting business, I was a Vice President and Principal in charge of a large operation unit at a highly respected, national construction management firm.

I have managed multiple projects from pre-construction through the construction and close-out phases. I was responsible for managing and developing client, architect, and trade contractor working relationships through all phases of the project. I have worked on Program Management, Construction Management, General Contracting and Design/Build projects.
In addition, I have had complete oversight of major projects in Michigan and nationally. My expertise has been in fast track scheduling, multi-phased projects, large-scale construction, and managing renovation and additions around owner occupied facilities.
My strengths are in supervision/leadership, project management, experience, and desired results. I have successfully led a wide variety of construction projects for government, healthcare, higher education, historic preservation, hospitality and entertainment, industrial, K-12 education, office, parking, performing arts, religious, research and development, residential, sports and recreation, transportation, consulting and expert witness. I have been involved in numerous projects ranging in scope from $1M to $400M as listed in the Projects section of this resume.
